Mushroom harvesting is subject to biological fruiting flushes and weather conditions. While we strive to maintain accurate live inventory, in the event of an unexpected flush delay, our dispatch team will notify you immediately with updated delivery timelines or refund options.

2. Product Pricing & Currency

All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices on the website are verified by trusted backend logic at checkout.

3. Customer Responsibility

For perishable goods (fresh oyster mushrooms), the customer must ensure the delivery address has refrigeration available upon receipt. Kinow Cultures is not liable for spoilage arising from prolonged uncollected delivery attempts.
