1. Fresh Harvest Replacement Guarantee

Fresh oyster mushrooms are delicate living organisms. We harvest and grade each cluster with extreme care. In the rare event of transit damage or quality deterioration:

• Please inspect the punnets upon delivery and photograph any defect or transit crushing.
• Notify our care desk via WhatsApp or email (care@kinowcultures.com) within 4 hours of receipt with your order reference number.
• Verified claims are eligible for an immediate replacement flush on our next scheduled harvest run or a direct credit/refund.

2. Grain Spawn & Cultivation Inputs

Our first-generation grain spawn is dispatched after verifying 100% sterile mycelial colonization. If a spawn bag arrives compromised, with broken filter patches, or visible contamination before bag opening, notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.

3. Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are credited back to the original source method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5–7 business days, in compliance with standard banking clearance cycles.
